The NVBBA will have its “Annual Caselaw Update” on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at Army-Navy Country Club (Fairfax). The presenters will be The Honorable Frank J. Santoro, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Rosa Evergreen, Esq. of Arnold & Porter and Lawrence J. O’Brien, Esq. of Watt Tieder Hoffar & Fitzgerald. Breakfast starts at 7:30 am and the presentation will begin at 8:00 a.m. and last for one and a half hours (90 minutes). CLE credit will be requested.
